The Cygnite approach is simple, delivering in 3 phases and breaking down projects into delivery phases lasting a maximum of 12 weeks to give our clients fast results with greater flexibility:

Working with our clients, we assess the objectives either across the organisation or for a specific area. We aim to reflect our understanding and jointly challenge the "givens" building a plan of needs and what the return on investment would be.
2. Here's one we made earlier
We don't like re-inventing the wheel - if it worked for someone else, chances are, with some customisation, it'll work for you too. With libraries of solutions and reusable methods, elements and ideas, we can save both time and effort in proposing a solution that has both pedigree and bespoke elements.
3. We deliver
We are delivery focused. We utilise a range of standards and methodologies to suit the level of complexity of any implementation. Embedded within this approach is the use of core industry practices and methodologies such as

DSDM.
