Merger Details
As from January 1st 2005, Cygnite Ltd has been merged with Sutherland Consulting, a sister company within the Altran Group of companies, based in the same location in London Bridge. This merger will allow both Cygnite and Sutherland to grow their existing customer bases as well providing better management support to the Cygnite technical staff and allow them to provide a better service to both existing and new customers.
As far as you, the client, are concerned, there should be little, if no, impact as a result. We hope that the transition will be seamless and any changes will be purely administrative.
